a-ha moment | noun
After my Mum died of Cancer, I questioned the existence of God and life after death. The harsh reality of living is that no one can prepare you for the loss of a loved one. But in the devastation of trying to navigate life without my Mum, I had a spiritual awakening.
Amid my grief, I discovered a book called, The Celestine Prophecy, by James Redfield. This wonderful novel is about a spiritual adventure that follows the beauty of life. It highlights the magic of synchronicity and its mystical experiences that you cannot explain. Though it is fiction, it changed the trajectory of my life.
This novel reminded me that death isn't the last chapter of your soul. Your energy continues to thrive long after you transition. And even though I couldn't physically see my Mum, I could feel her energy glow all around me. This book came to me with a divine purpose to shift my perspective and open my mind to what you couldn't see.
Reading The Celestine Prophecy was my a-ha moment!!
Ever since I have been on a journey to learn more about my soul's purpose. This has led me to seek a deeper spiritual practice, become an energy healer, and help others step into their divine power.
Reiki Found Me...
At the time, I was experiencing severe abdominal pain which the doctor believed was due to my gallbladder. However, after having it removed the pain continued and that's when I chose to explore a holistic healing route.
And that's when Reiki came into my life and blew my mind away.
My first Reiki treatment felt like an angel wrapping its wings around me. It was the first moment since my Mum's death, that I had felt relief from the stomach pain I had endured for months. Reiki confirmed to me, that there is an everlasting energy flowing through us all. I realised that healing isn't only about the body. Reiki teaches us to heal the whole person, including the body, emotions, mind and spirit.
After Reiki, my pain all made sense. By suppressing my sadness, and not facing my grief, I had caused an energetic blockage in my body. This manifested as gallbladder issues causing me to experience physical pain every day.
But it was Reiki that helped me discover inner peace again. Through energy healing, I faced my painful emotions head-on, and let go of a part of me that was deeply hurting. It wasn’t an easy path to take but I learned to embrace myself fully, and that’s a spiritual gift that keeps giving.
You could call it a coincidence that Reiki found me, but I know it's the magic of spiritual synchronicity. If you are here, you most likely know what I am talking about.
That's why I am driven to help you heal, release blocked energy and reconnect back to your soul.
Mum would always have a book by her side and a cosey cup of coffee. Maybe it was Mum who sent me The Celestine Prophecy.
