As part of my own journey I had a Reiki session and Oracle card reading earlier on in the year. Tracy was at all times compassionate, explained what would happen and I could see her passion/interest in the Oracle cards. Tracy held the space beautifully whilst I received my Reiki healing, emotions came up of course as they often do in this type of healing, there was no judgement and time was allowed to explore and acknowledge what had happened.
